Newell Obediah "Bud" Morse (September 4, 1904 to April 6, 1987) was a Major League Baseball second baseman who played in 1929 with the Philadelphia Athletics. He batted left and threw right-handed. Morse had a .074 batting average in eight games, two hits in 27 at-bats, in his one year career.

He was born in Berkeley, California and died in Sparks, Nevada.
